Audit Trail Page

An Audit Trail page is available for each form of the packet. The Audit Trail page contains all current, changed, and deleted information. The link to display this page is located at the center top of the page, under the navigation buttons.

NOTE: To view the audit trails, Audit Triggers must be turned on by your IT department.

After selecting this link, the form will open a separate window, displaying all fields on the form with the following information:

• Field Name
• Update Date/User
• Updated Value

All current values for the fields are bolded. Prior values are listed underneath each field. If a field contains a large amount of text data, the Update Value column will have a Show Full Value link. Clicking the appropriate link will display either the current value or a prior value.
